Assistant Store Manager

Pay: $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Card Monster Games is looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team, support daily store operations, and create a great experience for both customers and employees.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is comfortable stepping into a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

• Cash handling experience

• Dependability and good decision-making skills
• Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
• Interest or knowledge in trading card games, video games, collectibles, or tabletop gaming is a plus

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations
• Lead, motivate, and assist team members during shifts
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle cash, registers, and daily transactions accurately
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and restocking
• Help train and develop employees
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Collaborate with management and team members to accomplish store goals
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment
• Take ownership of tasks and follow through on responsibilities
