Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

We currently only offer shipping to customers located in the continental US, and ship using USPS or UPS, which will usually take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Pre-orders will be shipped to arrive on or as close to the release date as possible. However, please note that we cannot control factors such as postal delays (e.g., bad weather) or shipping times from our distributors.

All orders of products that have already been released are shipped the following business day.

All orders will receive a tracking number that will be attached to your order. Signature confirmation on delivery will be automatically added to orders $200+, and insurance will be added to orders $300+. You are able to add signature confirmation to any order at an additional cost.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at cardmonstergames@gmail.com. Your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging and tags must be intact.
Do not return any items without first contacting us.
Any refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received. It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account, however you will received an email notification as soon as the refund has been initiated.
