Tournament Entry Pre-Registration and Refund Policies

Participation products for entry are for players who participate in our events.
If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, your spot in the event may be given to another player after Round 1 and you are no longer eligible for the participation prizing.

To receive a full refund for your tournament entry fee, you must request the refund by emailing us at cardmonstergames@gmail.com more than 48hours before the event. You will receive a refund to the original payment method.
Refund requests made within 48hours of the event, or after the event, will not be honored.

If you are not able to attend an event that you pre-registered for, you can have that entry transferred to another event with the same entry fee. To do so, please email us at cardmonstergames@gmail.com with your name, the tournament that you have pre-registered for, and the tournament that you would like to attend instead.
We can only transfer tournament entries if there are open spots for the event.

If an event is cancelled for any reason, all pre-registrations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
